Selective and Limited Client Population

Mr. O’Brien is in the practice of a profession, not the building of a business. After many years as a senior partner in a major law firm, Mr. O’Brien determined to practice alone and provide direct and hands on professional service to his clients which is the reason he became a lawyer in the first place.

For that reason, Mr. O’Brien is very selective as to the clients he chooses to represent and intentionally limits the number of matters he will take on at any given time. In that way, his clients can be assured that he has sufficient time to devote to their matters and that they are just not another file folder in an inventory.

Mr. O’Brien searches for the fastest and most economical resolution to his clients’ business problems and devises strategies designed as best possible in the specific circumstances to achieve that end. He involves the client as a partner and participant in those strategies to assure that the business interests of the client are always foremost in any decision.

In terms of the selectivity he exercises in taking on a client matter, there is no established criteria that Mr. O’Brien applies. He has represented a wide spectrum of business clients over his career and brought to each of them his personal and dedicated commitment to their best interests.
